PROGRAMS

AYG Goals

To increase the Speed, Agility and Quickness of every athlete so that they may excel in their chosen sports.

Training includes the following:
Speed Techniques
Proper Running Form
Conditioning & Agility Drills
Plyometrics
VertiMax Training (optional)

Schedule Appointments

a. Please call to schedule and assessment. There is an assessment fee of $50
b. Any athlete failing to show or cancel within 1 hour of a scheduled training session will be charged a $50 fee for that session. (For pre-paid accounts, a no show can not be made up)
c. Training sessions are for 1-hour duration and will not be extended due to athlete’s late arrival.

Parents/Coaches

Each Athlete, Group or Team is given a workout that we expect them to complete within their scheduled time. We do our best not to have them exceed their time, but sometimes it may happen. There also may be times when your child completes a workout less than the scheduled time. If this happens, we ask that you understand that we WILL NOT extend a workout just for the sake of keeping a child for their scheduled time.

Accelerate Your Game Training enables athletes to get the most out of their athletic ability. By focusing on proper running form, conditioning, and speed techniques, athletes of all abilities can improve their sports performance.

A variety of training techniques are used to enhance quickness, improve balance and agility, develop speed, increase conditioning, and build confidence. Ladder drills are emphasized to increase quick feet development. Many other training techniques are utilized using the latest, top of the line equipment in the industry.

ALL TRAINING IS OPEN TO ANY AND ALL (NOT LIMITED BY SKILL LEVEL)

Private Training – $105 per session

Sunday Training – $75 per session (by Appointment only)

Semi Private Package (prepaid)

  • 4 Sessions – $240 prepaid
  • 6 Sessions – $300 prepaid 
  • 8 Sessions – $320 prepaid
  • Pay at each Individual Training $70

All prepaid training packages must be completed within 3 months of purchase.

To gain the maximum benefits from our programs, we highly recommend 10 -18 sessions

Family Package (2 Siblings sharing 1 session)

  • Individual Sessions  – (2 Siblings – $95 – ($50/$45) 
  • 4 Sessions Prepaid – (2 Siblings – $320) – ($50/$30)
  • 6 Sessions Prepaid – (2 Siblings – $420) – ($50/$20)
  • 8 Sessions Prepaid – (2 Siblings – $480) – ($50/$10)

Group Training (per athlete)

  • 2-3 Athletes – $45 per athlete
  • 4-5 Athletes – $40 per athlete
  • 6-8 Athletes – $35 per athlete
  • 9-10 Athletes – $25 per athlete

Team Training

  • 1 – 3 Sessions $250 per session up to 20 players
  • 4+ Sessions $200 per session, up to 20 players
